PUPPY APPLICATION

To be eligible to adopt a Camp Corgi puppy, please fill out and submit a puppy application by clicking the "Puppy Application" button at the bottom of this page. We will not place a puppy without a filled out application and signed sale contract.

​All puppies are $2,200 USD with Limited AKC registration. Full registration is available upon request under special circumstances.

If we do not currently have available pups, you may submit an application and join our Waitlist to be notified of our next planned breeding and when pups become available.
